Phase 04 — Topping out

NO SURPRISES. THAT'S THE WHOLE TRICK.

  1. Week 0 — Pre-con

    Fixed budget, fixed schedule, constructability review signed by our field team, not just our estimators.

  2. Weeks 1–6 — Groundworks

    Excavation, piling and foundations. Third-party inspection on every pour.

  3. Weeks 7–30 — Vertical

    A floor every eleven days. Live schedule shared with you, updated nightly.

  4. Weeks 31–44 — Envelope & fit-out

    Facade, glazing, interiors and amenities run in parallel, one trade per zone.

  5. Week 45 — Topping out

    The flag goes up. Punch list starts the same day, not after handover.

Phase 05 — Amenities

WE FINISH WITH WATER.

The pool is always the last thing we build — and the first thing your residents photograph. Shotcrete shells, glass-tile finishes, commissioning to hotel standard. Landscaping crews follow the pool truck out the gate.
